    • VP, Business Development and Channel Sales, CTS Platform

      We are looking for a seasoned senior VP-level Business Development Executive to lead platform and channel sales in the B2C Digital Commerce space.CTS Platform is a leader in branded Digital Commerce and a pioneer (hybrid SaaS / developer platform) in the seamless integration of branded content and best practices digital commerce for leading brands like David Yurman, Donna Karan / DKNY, Marc Jacobs, and Frye Boots.The candidate will manage and lead all phases of the sales cycle including upfront lead generation processes, and will also be the driving force in building and implementing a channel sales program by selling CTS Platform’s unique value proposition to external agencies, commerce providers, and systems integrators.The candidate must have either relevant commerce platform experience or comparable SaaS/software channel sales experience.

        Responsibilities

      • Build channel partnership program – select, evaluate, and on-board 1st round of qualified partners.
      • Lead direct-to-retailer platform sales efforts.
      • Meet and exceed the revenue objectives for CTS Platform through direct and channel sales.
      • Guide CTS Platform partners in monetizing all aspects of CTS Platform. This will include on-site and virtual sales training, conducting sales calls with partners, and managing the ongoing support and development of those partners both strategically and tactically.
      • Act as a product champion with our partners to drive increased revenues, distribution and page views within their organization and across the network.
      • Develop and implement programs to support sales partners (sales collateral, packaging and promotional ideas, advertiser follow up programs, best practices, sales incentives) by working independently as well as with our internal marketing team and the marketing teams of our partners.
      • Establish partner specific sales objectives, track results and provide guidance and feedback to maximize partner effectiveness.
      • Work closely with the marketing and product team to identify and prioritize product features and experiences that will drive consumer engagement and lead to increased revenues.

        • Desired Skills & Experience:

      • 10+ years of direct and channel sales experience in either the commerce platform space, or comparable SaaS/Software vertical.
      • Strong overall knowledge of end-to-end Retail processes, with deeper domain knowledge in the area of digital commerce.
      • A verifiable track record of sales success with an emphasis on new business development. Must be that perfect mix of consultative seller, fearless prospector, master motivator, and relationship builder.
      • Experience developing and managing channel sales.
      • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrated self-starter who can stretch from strategy to execution.
