Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Carl is responsible for directing all financial operations, budgeting and forecasting, cash management and accounting functions. With over twelve years of experience with both public and privately-held companies, Carl has managed multi-million dollar budgets, most recently as VP and Divisional CFO of DoubleClick’s Technology Business where he played a critical role in the company’s $3.1 billion sale to Google. Carl started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and is a Certified Public Accountant.
